After you connected your account to Bitinsure you are able to manage your accounts. Make sure you are aware of safe API-key connection!
The list of linked exchange accounts can be accessed anytime via clicking the Connected accounts button on the main menu (more info on the number of connected accounts and available features is here).
List of linked exchange accounts provides the following functionality:
- Filter the accounts by exchange and account name (select needed from the dropdown menus):
2. Conduct Force synchronization via clicking Force sync in Sync status column
Force sync. What is it for?
Sync status is a synchronization status of your past trade history and balance of your account. It tells you if the info on Bitinsure is updated (actual). If it is so, the status is Completed.
Force sync button is used if you noticed any differences from what you see in your Bitinsure account and on the exchange website. To synchronize your exchange account and Bitinsure account, click “Force sync”. This way, you’ll reload the data and update Bitinsure account data.
3. Edit the connected account settings by clicking Edit:
4. Editing account page allows to:
- Update an account name by typing it in the field Account name and clicking Update
- Change API key of the connected account
5) Unlink an account from Bitinsure by clicking Unlink account
